Guardian Family Dental is a growing general dentistry practice in St. George, Utah, looking for a friendly, outgoing, and dependable Front Desk / Patient Coordinator to join our team!

We are a busy, growing practice that takes pride in creating a friendly, fun, and upbeat environment where team members work together and provide excellent patient care. What You'll Do

As a Front Desk / Patient Coordinator, you will help create a positive experience for our patients while keeping the front office running smoothly. Responsibilities include:

• Welcoming and checking in patients
• Answering and directing phone calls
• Collecting and entering new patient information and paperwork
• Maintaining accurate patient records and documentation
• Assisting with insurance verification as you become familiar with the process
• Supporting the dental team with day-to-day administrative needs
• Providing friendly, professional, and patient-centered service

Dental experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right person. A high school diploma is required.

Experience with dental software is helpful, and familiarity with Dentrix is a plus.

Schedule

Monday–Thursday: approximately 7:30 AM–5:00 PM

Rotating Fridays: approximately 8:00 AM–1:00 PM

Compensation & Benefits

• $16.00–$18.00 per hour, depending on experience
