Scope of Practice

This is a full-scope general dentistry opportunity with the ability to grow clinically. Services include:

• Preventative and restorative care
• Crowns, bridges, and fillings
• Endodontics and extractions
• Invisalign and orthodontic options
• Sedation dentistry (oral & IV)
• Implant dentistry
• Emergency care

You’ll have the flexibility to expand your skillset while being supported by a collaborative and experienced team.

What We’re Looking For

• DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school
• Active (or eligible) Idaho dental license
• Passion for patient-centered care and community connection
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with a team
• New grads and experienced dentists encouraged to apply

About the Practice & Support Model

Art City Dental partners with Accelerate Dental, a non-corporate dental support organization. Simply put, Accelerate provides behind-the-scenes support, including recruiting, HR, payroll, and operational resources so the doctor and clinical team can stay focused on patient care, collaboration, and creating a positive work environment.

This is not a corporate dentistry model. You will work directly for Art City Dental, alongside the same doctor and team each day, while benefiting from additional resources designed to support growth, mentorship, and long-term success for both the practice and its providers.
