Complete Smiles Redwood is a happy, family-focused dental practice led by Dr. Sommerville. We’re seeking a full-time Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) to join our close-knit, low-turnover team. Our practice prioritizes teamwork, patient-centered care, and a positive, collaborative environment.

Schedule

• Monday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Tuesday: 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM
• Wednesday: 8:00 AM – 3:30 PM
• Thursday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Friday: Closed

Key Responsibilities

• Perform professional dental hygiene procedures, including cleanings, periodontal maintenance, and preventive care
• Educate patients on oral hygiene, preventive care, and home-care routines
• Support dentists chairside as needed during procedures and exams
• Take digital X-rays, impressions, and scans when required
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and patient records
• Collaborate with the dental team to ensure excellent patient care and smooth workflow
• Embrace opportunities to grow clinically as the practice expands

What We’re Looking For

Required:

• Current Registered Dental Hygienist license
• CPR certification
• Strong clinical skills and excellent patient communication
• Dependable, professional, and team-oriented
• Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow

Nice to Have:

• Experience with advanced dental technology (CEREC, SprintRay, CBCT)
• Interest in expanding skills in a modern, growing dental practice
