What You'll Do

As our Front Office Coordinator, you'll play a vital role in keeping the practice running smoothly by:

  • Greeting patients and creating a warm, welcoming first impression
  • Checking patients in and out efficiently
  • Answering phone calls, texts, emails, and faxes
  • Verifying dental insurance benefits
  • Discussing financing options and collecting patient payments
  • Managing and optimizing the appointment schedule to maximize production
  • Supporting the team wherever needed to ensure an outstanding patient experience

Schedule

  • Monday-Thursday | 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
  • One Friday per month (September-May)

What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Strong computer and typing skills
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience with Google Docs and Google Sheets
  • A positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team

Dental experience is a plus but not required. We are willing to train the right person with outstanding customer service skills and a strong work ethic.
