Riverside Dental is growing and we’re looking for a Dental Hygienist to join our expanding, patient-focused team in beautiful Star Valley, Wyoming. This is a new full-time position created due to rapid growth and our upcoming move into a brand-new, expanded facility.

About the Practice

• Location: Thayne, WY (Star Valley)
• Doctors: Dr. Mark Johnson & Dr. Clayson Jorgensen
• Practice Type: Family Dentistry
• Growth: Expanding from 7 to 12 operatories
• Technology: Digital X-rays, CEREC, CT scans, lasers
• Software: Eaglesoft

Riverside Dental has a strong reputation in the community and a steady flow of patients, with continued growth creating the need for additional providers.

Schedule

• Monday – Thursday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Friday: 8:00 AM – 2:00 PM

What You’ll Do

• Provide comprehensive hygiene care (prophy, SRP, patient education, etc.)
• Manage your own column with strong clinical autonomy
• Collaborate with doctors and assistants to ensure efficient patient flow
• Build strong relationships with patients and support a positive experience
• Help address patient backlog and support practice growth

What to Expect

• 13–14 patients per day
• 40-minute adult appointments / 30-minute pediatric
• Assisted hygiene model (1 assistant per hygienist)
• 2 hygiene columns supported

What We’re Looking For

Required:

• Active Wyoming Dental Hygiene license (or ability to obtain)
• Strong communication and patient care skills
• Team-oriented mindset and positive attitude

Preferred:

• Local anesthesia certification (not required)
• Open to new graduates

• Compensation: 30% of production (typically averaging $50–$75/hour)
