What You'll Do
As our Office Manager, you'll play a vital leadership role in the success of the practice by:
- Overseeing the daily operations of the office
- Leading, coaching, and supporting the front office team
- Communicating effectively with doctors, staff, and patients
- Ensuring smooth office systems and workflows
- Delivering outstanding customer service and resolving patient concerns professionally
- Promoting teamwork, accountability, and a positive workplace culture
- Helping create an exceptional patient experience from start to finish
What We're Looking For
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of dental office experience
- Experience in a leadership or supervisory role is preferred
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Professional, confident, and compassionate demeanor
- Comfortable handling difficult conversations with patients and team members
Preferred Skills
- Experience with Dentrix practice management software
- Knowledge of dental office operations
- Clinical knowledge is a plus but not required
