What You'll Do

As an Associate Dentist, you'll provide comprehensive dental care while building meaningful relationships with your patients.

Responsibilities include:

• Perform comprehensive exams and diagnose dental conditions
• Develop and present personalized treatment plans
• Deliver preventive, restorative, and general dental procedures
• Educate patients on oral health and treatment options
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation
• Collaborate with an experienced clinical and administrative team
• Help create an exceptional patient experience with every visit

What We're Looking For

• DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school
• Active Idaho dental license (or ability to obtain one)
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Commitment to ethical, patient-centered dentistry
• Team-oriented mindset with a passion for continuous learning
• New graduates are encouraged to apply—mentorship is available
