Position Summary

We are seeking an enthusiastic Associate Dentist to join our growing practice. This opportunity is ideal for a motivated clinician who is passionate about patient care, enjoys working in a team environment, and is eager to continue developing their skills. You will step into an established patient base with strong earning potential and ongoing professional support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive dental care to patients of all ages
  • Diagnose and treat dental conditions using restorative, preventive, and surgical techniques
  • Educate patients on oral health, treatment options, and preventive strategies
  • Build lasting patient relationships with a focus on comfort and trust
  • Collaborate with the dental team to ensure a seamless and positive patient experience

Who We’re Looking For

  • Active Utah Dental License (or eligible to obtain)
  • Comfort with general dentistry procedures (restorations, crowns, extractions, etc.)
  • Strong communication skills and patient-centered approach
  • Team player who contributes to a positive and collaborative culture
  • Commitment to continued professional growth and learning
