Dental Assistant – Full Time

Are you a friendly, dependable, and motivated Dental Assistant ready to join a fast-paced, high-energy dental team? Smiles by Design in beautiful Heber, Utah is looking for a full-time Dental Assistant to support our dynamic duo of dental providers!

Schedule:

  • Monday – Thursday: 7:30 AM – 5:00 PM (1-hour lunch break)
  • Friday: 7:30 AM – 2:00 PM (no lunch break)

What You’ll Be Doing:
You’ll work side-by-side with our doctors to provide excellent patient care. Duties include assisting with:

  • Fillings
  • In-house CEREC crowns
  • Root canals
  • Extractions
  • Implant placements
  • Dentures
  • Orthodontics
  • Cosmetic procedures

You’ll also help with sterilization, room turnover, and general clinical support. If needed and able, we love for all our team members to have cross-training in front office tasks such as answering phones and taking payments—our goal is to keep things running smoothly while delivering top-notch care and service.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Experience as a Dental Assistant (preferred)
  • Team player with a positive attitude
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, multi-doctor setting
  • Willingness to pitch in wherever needed
  • Excellent communication and patient-care skills
