Dental Treatment Coordinator

MVP Dental is a thriving, patient-centered practice in Syracuse, Utah, co-led by Dr. Morgan and Dr. Bishop. We’re known for delivering high-quality, comprehensive dentistry in a supportive, boutique-style setting where patients never feel rushed and our team truly works hand-in-hand.

We’re looking for a Financial/Treatment Coordinator to join our small but mighty front office team. This role is perfect for someone who loves connecting with patients, guiding them through their treatment and financial options, and helping ensure their dental care is both understandable and accessible.

What You’ll Do

• Greet patients, schedule appointments, and assist with front desk responsibilities
• Present treatment plans and review financial options with patients
• Verify insurance benefits, submit claims, and follow up on accounts receivable
• Partner closely with our Office Manager and front office team to keep patient flow smooth and positive
• Jump in where needed, our team values collaboration and supporting one another
   

Schedule

• Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday & Friday
• 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM
   

What We’re Looking For

• Prior dental front office or treatment coordination experience strongly preferred
• Open Dental experience is a plus!
• A friendly, approachable personality, you’ll be the first impression for our patients
• Dependability and professionalism,  someone who takes pride in showing up and contributing daily
• A self-starter who learns quickly, uses available resources, and is eager to grow
• Strong communication and organizational skills
