The team is looking for an experienced, people-centered Office Manager to help lead and stabilize the growing Complete Smiles - Mountain View location. This person will play a key role in ensuring smooth daily operations, strong patient relationships, and a positive team culture.

Business Hours:

  • Monday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
  • Tuesday: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
  • Wednesday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
  • Thursday: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
  • Friday: 8:00 AM – 2:00 PM- (Admin day)
  • Saturday: Closed
  • Sunday: Closed 

Compensation

  • Hourly Range: $25 – $30/hr 
  • (Range allows flexibility based on experience)
  • PTO and free dental care available
