Complete Smiles Redwood is a happy, friendly, low-turnover family dental practice where teamwork truly matters. Led by Dr. Sommerville, our close-knit team works well together and supports one another in a positive, collaborative environment.

We’re excited to add a Dental Assistant as a new position, created to support practice growth and allow our Office Manager to focus more on collections and operations.

Schedule

• Monday: 8:00am–5:00pm
• Tuesday: 11:00am–7:00pm
• Wednesday: 8:00am–3:30pm
• Thursday: 8:00am–5:00pm
• Friday: Closed

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the doctor chairside during dental procedures
• Ensure clinical efficiency and excellent patient care
• Take impressions and scans
• Fabricate temporary crowns
• Maintain operatory cleanliness and organization
• Willingness to learn and grow clinically as the practice expands

What We’re Looking For

Required:

• At least 1 year of dental assisting experience
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Dependable, professional, and patient-focused
• Willingness to learn and adapt

Nice to Have:

• Experience with advanced technology
• Desire to grow skills in a modern dental environment

Technology & Services

• Open Dental software
• Advanced services including implants, CEREC scanning, and 3D printing
• Technology used: CEREC, SprintRay, CBCT

Compensation & Benefits

• Pay Range: $18–$23/hour
