Position Overview
We are seeking a motivated, skilled Associate Dentist to join our practice. The ideal candidate will be committed to delivering high-quality dental care, building strong patient relationships, and contributing to a positive team environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive oral exams, diagnose dental conditions, and develop individualized treatment plans
- Provide a full scope of dental treatments including restorative and preventive procedures
- Administer local anesthesia and sedation as necessary to ensure patient comfort
- Educate patients on oral health, treatment options, and preventive care
- Collaborate closely with the dental team to deliver seamless, patient-focused care
- Maintain accurate and thorough patient records
Qualifications
- DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school
- Current and unrestricted Utah dental license (or ability to obtain)
- Excellent clinical skills with a strong emphasis on patient satisfaction
- Professional communication and interpersonal skills
- Commitment to ethical, evidence-based practice
