About the Practice
Fellows Family Dental is a thriving, family-focused practice with a fun, relaxed, and dedicated team culture. Our hygiene schedule is currently booked out nearly six months, and with continued growth and expanded hours, we’re excited to welcome a Registered Dental Hygienist to support our growing patient base.
This position is ideal for a hygienist who enjoys building long-term patient relationships, values teamwork, and takes pride in delivering high-quality preventive care in a supportive, well-run environment.
Position Summary
The Registered Dental Hygienist plays a key role in patient education, preventive care, and overall practice success. You’ll work alongside an experienced clinical team to provide thorough, patient-centered hygiene care while maintaining an efficient and comfortable schedule.
Schedule
- Monday: 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM (no lunch)
- Tuesday & Wednesday: 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM (lunch 1–2 PM)
- Potential Thursday hours (11:00 AM – 5:00 PM) beginning in April
Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive hygiene care including prophy appointments
- Educate patients on oral health and preventive care
- Maintain accurate patient records and clinical documentation
- Collaborate with the doctor and clinical team to support patient care
- Ensure operatory cleanliness and infection control standards
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Active Registered Dental Hygienist license
- Minimum 2 years of experience preferred (open to strong candidates)
- Experience with Eaglesoft is a plus
- Strong communication and patient-education skills
- Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented

The practice partners with Accelerate Dental, a non-corporate dental support organization. Simply put, Accelerate helps with behind-the-scenes support like recruiting, HR, payroll, and operations — so the doctor and team can focus on patient care, teamwork, and a positive work environment.
This is not a corporate dentistry model. You will work directly for the practice, alongside the same team and doctor, with added resources and support in place to help the practice and team thrive.
